Climate change is causing the earth to slow its rotation

This is very serious, if we don't do something about it we will be eating our lunch at midnight

In a CBC Article We have leap years and leap seconds. Do we need a leap minute? This is a serious problem as it could mean we will be eating lunch at midnight. Apparently the solution to the rising temperatures are causing the rocks to rise. Is add a leap minute (similar to leap years and seconds)
