I returned to the grounds this afternoon and spoke with some of the Freedom Supporters that have been there almost every Saturday for 2 years or more. I informed them of my measurements that strongly suggested they were being subjected to a "set on stun" level of radiation from a DEW, in what appeared to me be n attempt by the Provincial Government to disperse citizens and prevent freedom of assembly. After we talked a bit they all felt it was a logical explanation for how the felt and continued to feel after they returned home. Whether it is an effort to disperse and deter gatherings that have a different opinion than the official thought police want us to have or just a coincidence of circumstances the effect of dispersing those gathered in a free assembly are dispersed contrary to the Canadian Charter of Human Rights. I have no doubt similar tactics are used else where - the government forces just not been called out on their tactics.
Given the trend of things today and evidence of the use of DEWs against the population in many areas, was not a particular surprise they are using it on the Legislature Lawn
