Will “France’s Draft Law: Citizens Who Speak out against the Covid-19 Vaccine. “3 Years Prison and €45,000 Fine”, affect British Columbians half a world away from France? The quick answer is yes it could and almost certainly will.
On the last day of the BC Legislative sitting in 2022. A Bill that had not been fully debated was passed in the legislature. The new law passed is usually referred to as Bill 36 although formally called the Health Professions and Occupations Act, the provisions of section 533 of the act will allow the cabinet to impose the French law or even if they wish a modified variant of the law on BC.
One may be tempted to blame the political party in power for Bill 36; however it seems to be in look step with other governments around the world in imposing new levels of manipulation of the people. Seems BC (and often California) has been selected as the place for new beachheads in the assault on our freedoms. This time the Society of Evil Ones or if you will the control behind the scene at the World Economic Forum chose France for the next step against freedom and especially freedom of speech and even thought.
Currently the new French Law is referred to as a draft law. Don’t let that fool you. I am no expert on the parliamentary system in France but, it appears that typical for many countries in the world including Canada, a bill is first introduced in one parliamentary house then if passed moved on to the second house for a review (far too often just rubber stamped). I assume this is the [process in France where the bill to crimialise thinking for one’s self has passed in one house.
How does this related to BC and its “Bill 36”. Section 533 and the sweeping powers the BC government grants to itself are the concern. The underlying purpose of the new law appears to b e to be the enabling legislation to allow the World Health Organiastion to impose the dictates of their International Health Regulations and Pandemic treaty on us.

(1) A regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, designation regulation, bylaw or rule made under this Act may adopt by reference, in whole or in part and with any changes the maker of the regulation, bylaw or rule considers appropriate, a regulation, code, standard or rule
(a) enacted as or under a law of another jurisdiction, including a foreign jurisdiction, or
(b) set by a provincial, national or international body or any other body that may make codes, standards or rules.
(2) A bylaw or rule made under this Act may adopt by reference, in whole or in part and with any changes the maker of the bylaw or rule considers appropriate, a model bylaw or model rule published by the superintendent.
(3) Unless otherwise stated, a regulation, code, standard, rule, model bylaw or model rule referred to in subsection (1) or (2) is adopted as amended from time to time.”
Looking at this section the Lieutenant Governor in Council (cabinet) grants themselves the authority to search the world for a law they find to their liking make modifications to the law and impose it on British Columbians.
A new pandemic(plandemic) could be declared caused by virus b and the “cure is an unsafe and ineffective vaccine everyone will be required to take. Using the French COVID law the BC Government could take the French law and substitute XXX.2b for Covid.
The Society of Evil Ones and their technocrat/bureaucrats must be stopped. At this point I can suggest nothing else than a worldwide pledge of non compliance by the people.
