Good News. The World Health Organization's Pandemic Treaty and International Health Regulations have been defeated. Unfortunately the deepstate being what it is , we can expect them to come back again with Pandemic Treaty 2.0 and International Health Regulations 2.0. These people don’t stop when they are defeated, the keep coming back again and again.
In delaying or causing a pause in the deep state plan the people of the world can take pride in their stopping the global evil cabal’s plans this time. The encouraging part is when the people from all corners of the global come together and say a collective NO we have the power, we van stop them.
Sadly at least for people here in British Columbia, the battle is not over, and will not be over until we have The Health Professions and Occupations Act (Bill 36) repealed, All parties in the legislature joined forces to allow this bill to pass. None raised a concern about section 533.
533 Incorporation by reference authorized
(1) A regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, designation regulation, bylaw or rule made under this Act may adopt by reference, in whole or in part, and with any changes the maker of the regulation, bylaw or rule considers appropriate, a regulation, code, standard or rule
(a) enacted as or under a law of another jurisdiction, including a foreign jurisdiction, or
(b) set by a provincial, national or international body or any other body that may make codes, standards or rules.
This section allows the government of the day to “cruise” the world and cherry pick laws that suit their purpose which is increasingly becoming their purpose is to take the people’s powers away their right to body autonomy. At the provincial level here in BC we must repeal the Health Professions and Occupations Act.
We have a provincial election coming in a few months, we must make every candidate pledge to repeal Bill 36 as a fundamental of their platform. Not much hope any candidate of a major party will make this pledge, time to look at independents running in ones riding . The independent candidates will be more responsive to the will of the people.
